At least five deaths have been reported in southern California following a powerful overnight rainstorm that sparked flash floods and mudslides in areas devastated by fires last month. Thousands of people have been evacuated from their homes. Colette Luke has more.
At least 13 people have been killed in Southern California mudslides and that number is likely to increase as rescue workers comb through the debris, Santa Barbara County Sheriff Bill Brown told a news conference on Tuesday. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
